McDonalds - Not serving Ice-cream after a certain time???

I simply wanted one questioned answered, and McDonald's has failed to do so in 2 months.

Maybe I will have better luck here?

"Is it policy, that McDonald's doesn't sell anything with ice-cream in it, after a certain time of night? I believe McDonald's Pinelands is making up their own rules to suit themselves.

If it is a global policy, please let me know, otherwise please would you send me official documentation stating otherwise that I may present to Pineland's Mcdonalds.
