Mcdonalds not selling burgers anymore?

I am having problems with McDonald's when yet again I am unable to order burgers from them. Yes, that's right I can't order burgers from a burger restaurant. Firstly their own app is useless not delivering to my Area. It's Melville so somewhat surprised. Then ordering from them via uber eats is impossible because everything is showing as sold out. No this is not the first time this has happened and yes I have tried co tacting them. When I did get hold of the auckland park branch they advised it was their error not updating or resting the app or similar. Now however can't contact them via the phone. Customer care line is out of service and customer care email generates an error and won't send, so what on earth is going on?
