McDonald's not responding

We passed through Mount Edgecombe yesterday. I ordered 1 cappuccino and 1 waffle fries and 1 mocha frappe. I sipped on my mocha frappe. I felt something large in the cup, but thought it might be large ice. I continued drinking. As my drink became less I felt with the straw that the "ice" was still large, not melting. I opened the lid with the idea that I would suck the ice. I tipped the cup in my mouth with my surprise it was a something plastic from kitchen. I am really not happy. I have the cup and everything with me. I logged this complaint, yet they really do not think it is serious!!! If one of my kids, or even worse my child with Autism drank this it would have stuck in her throat. This is not ok!!!! Take this serious McDonald's!!!!
