McDonald's not providing service as per their adverti*****t

They advertise themselves as a 24 hour business but when u get there they are either offline or closed. I went around 3:45 in the morning southgate and drive thru was closed they said offline. I then went to columbine the guy was sleeping on the table drive thru closed. He just said we are closed
