McDonald's not happy :(

I went into Mc Donalds at Waterstone, Somerset West. I must say it is so sad when people are no longer working with a good attitude. The lady that served me was yawning and she said "oh i must go my shift is already finished". Then after we had had our lunch I went to order our favorite ice creams Mc Flurry for my kids and I used to love the caramel sundae. But I was so upset to see it literally had a dash of caramel and not like to it used to be. I noticed the price had also gone up like R8 but almost no caramel sauce. so the new lady on duty that served me the second time. When i questioned it she said "that is how it is unless you ask for extra sauce" Not a good experience for me and i will now have to find a new favourite ice cream.
