Mcdonalds Norkem Park

Mcdonald's Norkem Park services, they offer horrible service, i ordered online yesterday and they called me that my order will be delayed. When I ask for how long they said 'they don't know' then I told them thats if delayed more than an hour they should cancel my order. Today went to them to ask about it, my order was not canceled I then requested that they give me my order but guess what I had to wait for hours for me to get the order.

This is the second time mcdonalds Norkem does this. Its totally failing me
