McDonald's Newtown Jundctio Mall bad service

I waited for so long waiting for my orders then only to find out that the food was ready in the kitchen but there was no one at the tills calling out orders and the time I went to complain they fetched my order from the back and it was super cold o couldn't even finish it. No one even apologized when they gave me the cold food
