McDonalds never a correct order
Due to the quality of service and food you have already lost my wife and I as customers however up to this latest encounter I still bought food for my daughter from McDonalds since she still likes the happy meals.
I went to McDonalds at the Centurion LifeStyle centre on 19 August and ordered a cheese burger happy meal and four piece chicken nuggets. I then proceeded to your competition for my wife and I. However when I arrived home there was just a happy meal with chicken nuggets. I checked my slip in the event the order was maybe wrong but it was not the case and I was charged for both. I then drove back to McDonalds where the lady was very helpful and I explained the situation and showed her the slip showing I paid for both a happy meal and four piece chicken nuggets. She apologised and spoke to the staff where she returned and showed me the cheese burger in the happy meal box has been added.
When arriving home again I saw that the chicken nuggets were now removed again leaving me with a partial order and an unhappy seven year old but I was not willing to back for a third time because your staff are ***********.
After 300 questions from McDonalds so called customer care and more than a week, the manager phoned me and advised I can collect my four chicken nuggets. I told him to rather shove it.
Unfortunately on 22 Sept my daughter asked for a happy meal and I obliged against my better judgement and this time when we arrived home there was no toy again from McDonalds Centurion Lifestyle Centre.
I am now a very loyal Burger King supporter for my whole family and my daughter has made peace since even a 7 year old is tired of McDonalds messing us around
