McDonald's Nelspruit Valley Hyper is ****!

I am very disgusted by the service rendered at the new Nelspruit Valley Hyper McDonald's restuarant. My daughter bought a McChicken Deluxe meal yesterday at midday and gave the cashier a R100. She received R40 change with two R20 notes. One of the R20 rand notes received was slightly torn and that was not an issue however when my daughter returned to buy an Oreo McFlurry with the same change received from McDonald's yesterday, the shift Manager named Thabo refused to take it and stated that my daughter never received torn money from McDonald's. I intervened and was told that I should not trust kids as they lie. He further went on to state that he has a 16 year old who lies so my daughter can never be an exception. When I requested him to at least view the footage of the previous day's sale as the cashier who assisted us yesterday was not on duty,he told me to first go to the police station and open a case. I am disgusted by the arrogance and lack of customer ettiquette. Being blatantly told that we are ****s over a mere R20 that was received from their establishment. My family will NEVER set foot in that restaurant EVER because of that Thabo character who had to humiliate my 14 year old daughter and I publicly so over change that was provided by them.
