McDonald's needs to learn how to speak to customers

I had extremely poor customer service complaint handling by a Manager at Kuruman. Not listening to my complaint and shouting back at me as if I am a dog. We stood in a queue at the drivethrough for more than 30min with no clear reasoning or instruction. Really poor service! Needs managent skills!
