McDonald's NEEDS TO FIX THEIR MANAGEMENT

I visited the McDonald's branch in Promenade mall, Mitchell's plain, Cape Town. This isn't the first time i visit this McDonald's but each and every time i come back, it's almost as if they've lowered the standard each time. My mom and I ordered two medium meals today and the first problem was that the fries looked like they were measured with a small fry box, I took them back before sitting down to eat and they fixed that. I sit down to eat but now my big mac burger is covered, and I mean COVERED IN OIL!!! Not only was my burger covered in oil but both of our burgers had a bitter background taste that tasted like old used oil. My mom ordered the classic chicken burger and what she likes about that burger is the crunch, I'm pretty sure at this stage, you've already guessed that this burger today had no crunch. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted at this conduct, I'd hate to be a person going around telling people to not visit a restaurant everyone once loved.
