Mcdonalds needs to do better

I placed an order via Uber eats last week on the 10th of March. The otlrder was never confirmed but money was taken from my account. I waited with the hope of getting my money back until Monday I decided to reach out and try to get my money back. I'm not happy at all with the fact that I have been advised that they do not deal with orders 48hours old. I don't understand how you guys operate. I did not get my order and now I'm not getting my money back. Please assist me with this because I'm not happy at all.
