McDonald's - N12 Klerksdorp North West province South Africa disgusting service by Abigail

i went to McDonald's Klerksdorp north west province, south Africa to order ice cream at the drive through. I was served by a lady by the name of ABIGAIL. after placing my order they made fun of me with her colleagues in their native language (Setswana) and laughed so loud. I could hear their laugh through the drive through speaker. when I went to the next window and confronted Abigail she denied it and said they were laughing at the joke at the front. I requested to speak to the manager and relayed the incident. she then called Abigail and only then she apologized and confirmed that they were making fun of me. I have never been disrespected and **** to my cold face like this. these ladies are not only disrespectful but very bad ***** who do not deserve to represent any company nor be at the cold face of customers. tonight was my last time I purchased something at Mcdonald's Klerksdorp N12. McDonald's send your staff for customer care courses it's people like this that give our country a very name and that gives an impression that black people are ***********.
