McDonalds Mt Edgecombe. Shocking service and response to complaint

Yet another time McDonald's has messed up a happy meal. Ordered for my boy a chicken nuggets, corn and boys toy. I received a nuggets, fries and girls toy. Not even the first or second time they have got the order almost completely wrong. Called in to McDonald's mt edgecombe. Spoke to a woman claiming to be the manager(Mpume Mpini). All should could tell me is that branch hasn't done corn for a year now and whether it's about the corn or the toy issue I need to contact Mr D. She can't help me. Absolutely shocking initial service and no attempt to apologize or correct. Not expected from a global brand with what I assume are brand standards that should be maintained
