McDonalds Mt. Edgecombe service

Visited this place on 14/04/2018, just for a kiddies meal. The cashier who took the order, seemed to be in a bad mood, stubborn and choosing to ignore questions about the menu. Got the meal and a drink for myself, afterwards i went back for a toy and was simply ignored by the same cashier, kept my cool.

The manageress on duty saw this and approached the cashier, who decided that it would be best to get into it with the manageress then and there. No respect or concern for onlooking customers. The manageress maintained composure but the staff member had no real concern. Even after interjecting, the staff member had no apology or concern, simply back to her arrogant and stubborn tone.
