McDonald's Montague Gardens

I ordered a meal from McDonald's and I was waiting on my order as I paid for it via card and I didn't receive any food only a message from the driver saying he left my food under the tree outside my work place which i find highly un professional ,then I went to McDonald's Montague Gardens where I ordered the food from and they refused to refund me on my food or even give me my money back and they started ignoring me and treating me like I'm invisible,I'm honestly very disappointed as they kept saying they won't be able to do anything ,I said I was hungry haven't eaten all day and the senior manager told me "you just have to buy you other food”
