McDonald's Monavani, the worst takeaway in Pretoria

On 06 March 2021 at 09:00 I went to McDonald's Monavani for breakfast. The drivethru was extremely slow. When ordering the lady does not order correctly and when arriving at her at the pay window you cannot hear hear because se speaks unclear and the music in store is playing so load that I struggle to hear her. Then we wait to move forward for a very long time. This branch use to be the best in Centurion with fast and friendly service, but for the past months this McDonald's is getting worst and worst, and slower and slower. By the time you get to the front your meal is not hot anymore and the chips is cold and tasteless.
