McDonald's Mitchells Plain

I bought for about R333.40 from McDonald 2 weeks back and they double charged me. Now I have been struggling for these guys to actually get an authorization to get my refund and all they have been doing is giving me wrong email address. Recently I called again and they not picking. Can I get my refund please.McDonald in Mitchell Plain. Thank you.
