McDonald's Milnerton

OMG, where do I start. Mc Donalds in Milnerton (Koeberg Road) is the closest to me. But the attitude and the service is very bad. But I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. This morning was a last straw. It was soo empty, but it took them few minutes to notice us, and when someone finally came I had to repeat my order 3 times but he still managed to get it completely wrong. They all chat to each other while customers are standing there waiting to be served. Please someone do something.
