McDonald's Midways Crossing Newlands East Durban South Africa...The Service was pathetic, the lady at the counter Lulama was very rude to me speaking in a language I don't even understand, requested the manager but she didn't even care to assist..The burgers were burnt and tasteless, the rolls were hard and undesirable...Horrible MCDONALD'S service I've ever received my entire life....The service is appalling and the staff is very slow...No sense of Urgency at all...
