McDonald’s Midridge no delivery

I am so disappointed and the treatment I received is distasteful . I religiously order takeaways on Fridays and I had made an advance order on the McDonald App at 16:27 to be delivered at 18:30pm. It happened that there was an issue with the deliver partner and delivery was cancelled. The staff at the store told me to contact the head office that does the delivery partner and I’ve been between calls with the store and the McDonalds head Office. It’s 20:10 I do not have an order or food for my pregnant self and my child. No customer service, no sense of follow up . The store concluded that I just cancel the order and that they do the refunds. So pathetic, I am dissatisfied. Having to find other options for food at this time. They **** to me from 5pm until 8pm .
