Mcdonald's Midridge Midrand

I am normally one that complains that often but the service that I had received from the drive through today from the Mcdonalds Midridge in Midrand was the worst I have ever experienced. I went to he drive through to order 2 x sausage egg mc****ins and 1 x mega mc****in with a coffee. The lady on the speaker acknowledged the order and told me to drive to next window. When I got there the lady said the order was not on the system. Between her and another lady that came to assist they could not understand what was on their own menu. After repeating the order several times and my passenger also screaming the order i refused to continue my order and drove off.

This is not the first time. Last week we were in the second lane of the drive through and waited several minutes for someone to assist. Eventually I left and parked to walk in. The person behind me went to the second lane and was helped immediately.

I will never go to that McDonalds again.
