McDonald's Midrand Lever Road Sandridge bad customer service from ANATHI

I visited McDonald’s Sandridge recently 27/09/2025 and ordered a foldover, requesting extra lettuce and no sauce. When I checked the foldover, there was clearly no extra lettuce. I politely asked the staff member at the window to have more lettuce added.

Instead of assisting, she responded angrily, insisting there was “enough lettuce,” and then grabbed the foldover from my hand in a very rude manner. Her behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate for interacting with customers.

I asked for her name, which I was told is ANATHI. I believe this level of attitude is unacceptable in a customer service environment.
