McDonald’s midrand bad service

Yesterday I was at McDonald’s in midrand to buy some iced coffee using my app points and I don’t know what they did on the till but my order was cancelled and my points were gone then the manager didn’t even apologies she just told me there nothing she can do I just have to buy the drink with my own money and she was so rude and didn’t even want to hear the story wile it’s her fault that this happened because the cashier did call her and she didn’t come sooner, I think her name is Maggie
