McDonalds Middelburg Mall poor service

<p>Everytime we go through the drive through we have to pull into a parking and wait for our food. They tell me 3minutes and after 10minutes of waiting I have to go inside and collect it myself. The reason we use the drive through is because it is suppose to be quick and conveniant and we don't have to get the kids out of the car. It is really bad service and it happens everytime. And after demanding to speak to the manager I was discussed by the manager and staff in their language which I did not understand, very unprofessional. </p>
