McDonald's messes up for the 100th time!

McDonald's Blackheath has the worst service ever! I work at night and it just so happens that the last 4 times I ahvw been there in different times, their system is always down. They have the odesity to tell us to wait for 45min. I am on lunch for 30 min! The lack of empathy and customer service is shocking.
