Mcdonald's Messed up my day

I experienced terrible service from the McDonald's Drive thru. The cashier shouted at my brother after she told him to read out the promo code which expires in 1 minute. She then continued to argue even after we confirmed the single letter "M" with phonetics. She then argued that we read the code wrong. This purely happened because she wanted to add both promo codes on one order which cannot be done, if I speak under correction. This really REALLY messed up my brothers day, after he had a very hectic one at work. Mcdonald's used to be a place of smiles...but not with this terrible and rude service. The manager also refused to see us and kept us waiting for more than 20 minutes. She seemed upset initially for something we didn't cause.. please ensure that the people at the drive-thru are properly trained... :(

However the manager came through and she ensured that my brother felt better and pushed through the order.. thank you McDonald's Kuilsriver after all..
