McDonalds Mess up

So at 7pm I order McCafe online, add my location - Mitchells plain and make payment.. For them to call me an hour later to tell me they don’t have a McCafé.. so why is it on their site??? Why do I have an option of ordering it and why do they tell me it’s available online????

Honestly fuming... legit, now I have to make the effort to call the call center which is only available during the day to try and get my cash back after their mess up? Shouldn’t they make the effort to fix their wrong??? So annoying God!!!!!!
