McDonald's Menlyn Mall horrible service

Never have I received such bad service from McDonald's menlyn mall today. I placed an order through uber eats and was given an incorrect order. The driver said that unfortunately there isnt much he can do as the wrong order came from the store where the food was packed. I called the store and they are told me that I have to make arrangements for the driver to come back and pick up the correct food to come and deliver it to me. So as I customer, I have to fix this order myself as they do not have a driver or anyone to come and deliver the correct order to me. This was a back and forth issue which made me so angry as the reason you order something online is for convenience and fast service. I had to wait for them to try and find someone who can deliver food for me for an hour, which is totally unacceptable!! One thing for sure is that they have lost a customer in that store will make sure that people in my workplace use other alternatives because I have never seen such terrible service!
