McDonalds Meadowdale Mall - Terrible Service!

We went to the NEW McDonalds that has opened at the new/upgraded Meadowdale Mall in Edenvale, on Saturday afternoon at about 17h00. The staff at the drive thru were rude - never greeted at all, not even a smile on their faces. Took 20 minutes to get our order & when we got it everything was COLD. The people in two seperate cars behind us even got out and went to the collection window to complain. Cars were backing up behind us in the drive thru & getting just as impatient. If they are this slow & bad when it's not busy, imagine when it does get busy? Surely staff should be well trained & prepared for new stores? Really disappointed, after being so glad that McDonalds would be closer than the usual Edenvale one, but i would rather drive the extra km's.
