McDonald's Mcdisaster meal at the Bluff

On 2018-08-03 I visited the Bluff McDonald's in Durban. Ordered a Large spicy mcfeast meal and a med Cajun chicken meal. The mcfeast had a 2cm by 1cm wilted lettuce leaf, and no onions the entire meal was upset in the box. I complained to the manager Nethewe and he said the lettuce is finished. He took the meal back and returned with the same meal with a gigantic butter lettuce leaf with a thick stem on it and looked very unappetizing , I then opened the Cajun meal and found an unusually large amount of mayo, no exaggeration as I have a picture of the burger and the burger couldn't be eaten. Another staff member quickly removed the Mcfeast burger as she had seen me taking pics of the Cajun burger. I then demanded a refund. The customer services by the staff as well as the manager were beyond words. It was like business as usual, step aside as we have other customers to serve. I have never been treated this way or served food of this caliber at any other McDonald's and I have eaten at a good few stores around the country as I travel alot.
