McDonald's mcdelivery sucks

I ordered food using McDonald's app yesterday at 16:20 on 19 December 2022. I got email reference and on the app it shows order received and money was deducted off my bank account. To date I have not received my order. The status this morning still shows order received. There is no way to dispute this as they inly have a pathetic unisable bot app that cannot help or answer anything related to my order. I have emailed support and to date have received no response. I found the email and cell number of CEO Greg Solomon who did not respond to rmails nor to the SMS sent to him. Its obvios this company do not care. The app sucks. There is no way to find out what store received thw order. There is no way to complain. If you phone their customer care line it tells you they have this wonderful app that will now answer ll support queries. This chat app is useless. Dont know what to do anymore except report this as ***** withmy bank.
