McDonald's McDelivery, no food and money gone!

We ordered on the McDelivery app, paid, got confirmation email, and tracking email. Waited 4 hours, called the McDonald's store, they told us to call the Head Office. Called numerous times, over and over! No one taking my calls. Over 48 hours now, and still no food was delivered. The McDelivery app says attempted failed. Call centre and help centre not helping.
