McDonalds, McDelivery - a no go

On the 19th of April, I ordered breakfast through McDonald's online service, McDelivery. Order number 469-19/04/2 ********** 3 The order never arrived and after numerous attempts to get hold of a competent person at their call center, I was eventually advised that there was a problem with the online ordering service. I was advised that I will be refunded within 48 hours. This never happened so I phoned them again after which I was told that the refund will have to be made by their finance department and this can take up to 7 days. Several mails were sent to which no reply was received.

Advice to everyone else, don't opt for the credit/debit card payment option. Rather pay cash.
