McDonald's Mayville Pretoria

McDonald's Mayville, Pretoria.

They're service is surely poor. I went to buy just two ice~creams inside. While I was waiting the staff in the kitchen were all standing together laughing and talking loud, while customers were ordering their food and waiting by the drive through, 2 staff members were so exited and just ran out of the store. I'm waiting about 5 minutes and no one is assisting me. I went to ask the Floor Manager if there is something wrong with the ice~cream machine and she asked if I ordered something else. I said no, she went to assist. She told me the machine is in front why isn't anyone assisting, I told her that all the staff is gathered together and not working. She did apologize.

The best is get personnel who wants to work. This is not the first time that this McDonald's staff is a problem.
