McDonalds Mayville

My wife placed an order at 9:47 through McDelivery. Almost 2 hours later, still no delivery. I called them to find out it is apparently an IT issue and further more it is not their problem. Either we can wait till when ever there system is sorted out (no time lines given) or wait 7 days for a refund. The order wasn’t a small order. Even when telling them that 4 of the items order is for children they still said it’s not their problem. Can they not rather be replaced by Burger King where customers come first?
