McDonald's Maponya Poor service

A couple of weeks ago I went to McDonald's and ordered a Big Mac Tasty and when I got home and ate my food the burgers we spicy instead of the Big Mac Tasty that I order. And went there a day ago and ordered Big Mac's, chillie chips and McNuggets and I had told the lady who was helping me about the previous incident and she assured me that it won't happen only to find out that when I get home my meal was missing McNuggets! This was so frustrating because it was late at night I couldn't go back and I paid extra for my meal
