Mcdonalds manager(Monalisa) throws her staff under the bus for her incompetence

Mcdonalds Okovango in Kraaifontein Cape Town is an absolute joke. I ordered a South African breakfast with an extra hashbrown. When I got to the collection window the manager said that they had replaced my chips with the hashbrown and that if I want chips I would need to pay extra. I paid full price for the SA breakfast and paid full priced for the extra hashbrown. I had to go back to the back of the line in the drive through. I refused to pay more for chips. When I confronted her as to why I had to again she started to blame the lady that took my order. After I explained to manager that the other lady did her job correctly and she cannot blame her, she started blaming the system and then she just disappeared. Monalisa she said was her name. She is not supposed to be a manager. I will make her famous until she has been removed from her role and someone put into her position that can actually do their job
