McDonald's manager Sive Mabandla.

On sunday night i took my family for supper at McDonald's in Epping. Bad experience with the manager Sive Mabandla he treats customers like trash,Cashier was polite we then got the meals and went up to sit down and the french fries were hard and very brown . A peice actually stuck in my throat . I kept on putting the very hard chips one side . It ended up being half my fries. I took 2 (my kids fries)and a my half meduim fries back to cashier as it was to hard for my kids to eat. Showed him how hard it was it broke like a biscuit. He said ok we will replace it. He walked to the back and the manager came out screaming at me and making a scene infront of other customers and telling me if you bring it back after 7 minutes ofcause its going to be cold , i explained i did not complain about it being cold but actually hard and we actualy sitting and eating here. But he said there is a timer for fries and went off at me infront of other customer and was very rude . I felt humiliated . I told him its fine to rather leave it. He did not give me other fries , he did not apologies or return my money . He just said fine .how can this man be a manager but he has no customer service etiquette..
