McDonald's Maitland, unfriendly staff and unappetizing food!

On Sunday, 15 August 2021, I decided to get the kids some ice cream and the chilli cheese fries from McDonald's in Maitland. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've encountered at a McDonald's restaurant. When I tried placing an order at the drive through, I couldn't hear anything through the monitor. I then proceeded to the cashier, where she was extremely rude and irritated. She insisted that she could hear me and the more I said I couldn't hear her the more she insisted she heard me. I eventually placed the order and when I received the fries it was so cold. All they did was added a slice of cheese, an ice cold dollop of mayonnaise and some chillies and gave it to me. It was the most unappetizing fries I've ever seen and tasted.
