McDonald's made me wait 4 hours doesn't pick up my calls and and stated the Mr D drivers stole my food I had to wait and I'm angry

Hello I ordered from McDonald's in shallcross I didn't get my right order I ordered at 1:00 and I called them and asked for help the lady told me the driver took my order I didn't get my Spicey chicken burger and milkshake and chips she said she will send money at 1 to me to refund me I waited till 5 no one helped me I called back around 5 times no one picked up I had to call from a another number and they picked up I told them what happened they Said I couldn't help me and they so sorry and referred me to Mr D I called them and they was alot of help and refunded my money but from 1 I waited for my food and I didn't eat it so now I have to worry about the driver taking my food and McDonald's not helping me or getting back to me I waited 4 hours help my experience McDonald's is a terrible place to order food from the service is bad the staff won't help you and if you call them from your number one and ask them for assistance they will cut the call and say the getting back to an avoid your calls if you call back for my experience call from a different number and they will pick up I don't advise anyone to buy from them
