McDonald's Lyttelton Incompetence

Excited to use the Macdonalds app for the first time, I asked the waiter for a Cappuccino and whether I could proceed with redeeming the voucher, after I pressed yes she told me "ehhh our machine is broken" thank you for nothing, now my voucher expired as there isn't a Macdonalds within 5 minutes of this one. Staff really need to catch a wakeup please. Would've used a zero star option if I could. Y
