I have for over a week queried my points that were not updated, even sent them screenshots as they requested, today I get an sms saying it was resolved, nothing was resolved, my point have not been updated and I bought on 5 different occasions. Mcdonald's app loyalty points all is a ****!! They are ridiculous with the worst customer service ever!!!
