Mcdonalds Louis botha Lyndhurst. Bad service

Ordered Mcdonald on Mr D app McDonald's Louis botha Lyndhurst. My order was mixed up, certain meals missing, driver confused and we couldn't even take whatever and roll with it because the app shows the full amount, and I can't pay full amount with things missing(a burger, whole burger) and when we call no one answers,poor driver didn't know what the f to do nor say to me, it's sad coz I had to take my frustration on him and he didn't deserve it.he had to take the food back and than bring them back again honestly though!! now we have cold dinner wow so much of a service one is getting!!! .. THIS IS VERY unacceptable, what happened to checking first before dispatching orders. I just lost my appetite, it's a pitty I was not feeding myself only as I would have canceled. Annoyed
