McDonald's Long Beach mall pathetic service and food 🤢

If there was an option to not give a star to the McDonald's at Long Beach mall I deffinitely would choose that option. I don't know if I'm the only one that feels this way, but this McDonald's is the most pathetic with not only their service but also the food they provide to their paying customers 🙄😤. How could the closest and only McDonald's in the fishhoek region provide such a poor quality of food, is it because they know they the closes one to surrounding areas?. The love I have for a McDonald's hash brown is unreal and a cajun chicken meal however McDonald's at long Beach mall has now managed to completely put me off from ever buying these meals again. They over fried my hash brown to the point where it was dry and tasted like I was chewing a rock 🤢 not to mention my partners chips that went with his big Mac meal tasted old like they were reheated. It's so annoying when you pay for a decent meal and then get ******* does McDonald's not value and take pride in what they serve I have had so many bad experiences with this particular branch and I kept letting it slide, but I think this is the final straw for me to make matters worse they kept my receipt so I could not even give a review regarding this ridiculous meals and service. I'm highly dissapointed and I doubt infact I know nothing will come of this complaint as there was so many made before and I still receive ****py food after paying decent money. Anyone out there thinking of going to this branch I strongly recommend you don't. From now on I'm a KFC girl to hell with Mcdonald!
