McDonald's little shop of horrors

This restaurant routinely does not have the items listed on their menu. If you have something specific in mind, there's a likelihood you will be disappointed. If you are using the McDelivery service, and this is your assigned restaurant, be very careful. Chances are, the assigned restaurant will not be available. But, if they do accept your order and debit your account, don't be surprised if your order doesn't arrive and you have to call around to uncover what the issue is. You'll have to wait a week+ for a refund and probably call around some more to confirm that you're being refunded. I've had this happen to me on numerous occasions. The staff at the restaurant will be of no assistance to you; you'll hear things like, "oh, we don't have drivers at this time. I'm sorry but we haven't received your order, please call the call center. Etc" I've contacted Greg Solomon (MD), Sanet Roodt and the managers: Carmen and Fernando, on numerous occasions. They either do not respond or redirect you to a call centre. Time to close shop.
