Mcdonald's Lephalale Mall - Terrible Experience

We went to the Lephalale Mall Branch on Saturday 03/11/2018 at 23:00, we ordered 4 McFlurrys and proceeded to the pay window, we paid for the order and proceeded to the collection window where my husband ordered another Ice Cream cone with Caramel dip and paid for it there. He watched as the guy who took the order prepared the Ice Cream cone in the reflection in the coffee ashine. The guy dipped the ice cream in the caramel dip bowl and when he lifted it up, the caramel dip ran down the side of the ice cream and he then licked it off. My husband confronted him where after he went to make another one, my husband was furious and told him to leave it.

This is unacceptable, we will never again buy from this branch again as who knows what else is done to food there.
