McDonald's Lenasia signet

The McDonald's at signet terrace Lenasia is absolutely appalling. The service is extremely poor , the employees have no sense of urgency. First they failed to inform us that the self help machines weren't working, shortly after getting to the counter , while being helped the cashier just walked away to help another customer by the self help machine and completely ignored us and calls from other colleagues to attend to us at the counter, as we were there first.

This is not the first time we have experienced such terrible service from the McDonald's at signet terrace.
