McDonald's Lenasia poor service

McDonald's (Lenasia) promises 30-40 Minutes delivery time for an order.

I have placed an order at 15:21 on Thursday 20/06/19. It's been over an hour and my food has arrived at 16:50. The order was incorrect. We received the wrong beverage for one of the meals.

I called the branch and a manager by the name of Princess says that she is very sorry about the problem. However, she is not to blame as she only walked in a few minutes ago and the previous manager is to blame.

I told her that its fine, however this is not the first time this incident has happened to me and that she cannot expect me to pay for the Delivery.

She argued that, unfortunately the previous manager should have told me that they only have one delivery bike that is in operation and she cannot accept responsibility for this.

I then responded that neither can I, as this is not the first time my food hasn't been delivered on time, and I refuse to pay for the delivery charge.

She then responded sarcastically "that this isn't her fault, and now she won't be able to send her children to school and that's my fault."

I am utterly disgusted that a manager of McDonald's can speak to me and give me that kind of response.

Furthermore, there have been many other incidents to this: 1.Ques for the drive through and in the Restaurant to place an order are too long. A customer is expected to wait longer than 20 Minutes for the food to be prepared. 2. The Restaurant is often dirty, with messed food on the tables and sticky floors. 3. The bathroom is poorly maintained and has a stench. 4. Customers usually find missing or incomplete orders when ordering their meals. Often special requests are not followed through in mean and certain meals are not given to customers at the drive through, at the till and for delivery. 5.On one occurance while eating in the restaurant I seen a mouse running near a table close to the TV. Which makes me wonder how clean are the kitchens in the first place? 6.The ice cream machine is never working.

The McDonald's in Lenasia has got away with treating it's customers poorly for too long. I have spoken to many customers from the area and most have complaints about it.
