McDonald's Lenasia pathetic service

I have ordered 3 Mcflurry ice creams and waited well over 20 minutes for it to come. When asking to see a manager we were simply told she was busy. When she eventually came she tells us we can't serve you ice cream it's too soft.

I will never use this McDonald's store again and definitely never recommend it to anyone.

Highly infuriated and frustrated!
